The clock struck midnight when the Queen and her Knight arrived in her chambers. And the long hours already passed them by as the night of festivities drew to its close. Rosalyn Lockhart's conversation with Dimitri Nordskov was already long over as she asked for him—and only him to lead her back to her room. Her sole protector. Julius Ginellevé escorted her back. However, he could only watch the reluctance on her face as her fingers reached for the handle of the door but never made a move to push it open.

His only priority now was to be by her side and make sure that she lived a happy and peaceful life.
*Stares into the Reader's eyes and calmly sips Hatter's tea* Oh, did I say that I was rooting for the Time Man in the previous chapter? *Villainess 'Ohohoho' laughter ensues* You have been fooled—well, not really. Don't diss the Author yet because the chapter was given a healthy meta-dose of a codependent and somewhat saucy relationship. *coughs* I have to admit that relationships like this one can be pretty toxic but if it was easy to get out from, then nobody would be stuck in bad relationships.
There's different kinds of relationships so let's keep our eyes peeled open!
... I guiltily admit that I enjoyed writing this chapter but don't be like me! :D But seriously, I kinda adore the book in WN called "If I'm A Male, I Can Avoid A Yandere, Right?"
