Chapter 264: That's Impossible
Arthur saw his uncle looking at him with a sudden somber expression and smiled awkwardly, "Uncle Sven, I...don't understand what you are talking about."
Sven let out a solemn sigh, "Haaai~ my nephew, why do you think you can hide such things from your own uncle?"
Arthur wondered why his uncle was suddenly taking an interest in him when before, he would usually only have casual talks with him. This was the first time he saw him being so concerned about him, and so he couldn't help but feel a bit moved.
Sven walked towards Arthur and patted his shoulders as he said, "I know how the relationship between you and your father is. Even though I personally haven't seen anything, I can easily discern it from your and his face. How can I not when I had known you both even before you two were born."

Resurgent Those who are not in my discord server might have wondered why the update rate is 7 chap/week now. It's not without reason but my full-time job has started so there's not much time in a day I can dedicate to writing chapters. So, I apologize and hope you guys understand.
And to be honest, I am passionate about writing but still, I can't ignore my daily needs and dedicate myself to writing all the time if its not earning me enough for my daily life.
I have seen novels with plot and grammar that make one's head shake in frustration ranked higher than me and getting way more powerstones(especially by unfair means) which makes me feel quite bad tbh.
It's not that I feel jealous of them but more about why I don't deserve more. I don't mean to say my novel is perfect or the best but still I believe it at least deserves the attention the novels like I mentioned does.
And now it seems like I am getting less and less ps as weeks pass which really does not help motivate me nor does it bring me enough benefits. If my novel is having any problems, please do tell or if it's too boring or anything. If there's a problem, I am sure I can change it.
So, please vote to keep this novel alive.
Other than my slight rant here *coughs* what I wanted to say is that I indeed want to write more chapters for you guys to read everyday.
So, to make it more worthwhile for both me and you readers, I have set a new goal below ↓↓↓ to reach Top 100 rank in Powerstones. (I will try to publish more whenever I can but I can't promise it to be consistent)
Top 100 = 14 chaps/ week guaranteed (So vote more!)
[This goal is something we all can achieve again since once before, this novel was ranked 99 overall in PS rankings.]
If this novel finally gets its rightful place, I would gladly devote more time and make everyone happy :D
