Chapter 4: My thoughts
Hi...
I am a newbie when it comes to writing so I request you readers to have some tolerance towards my work...
I have released only 3 chapters until now and I have edited them many times but I am personally not too satisfied with my writing. I have a general outline of the story that I want to write but I need to fill in more characters, build their own personalities, pace the overall story or else this novel would be completed within 100 chapters....
Now I am revisiting few of my favourite works but this time I am paying more attention to the writing style and other plot devices contained in them....I am also looking at tips on how to write a good novel. This all requires time and I am currently preparing for my college entrance examinations so I do not have much time or energy to spend on the novel....
I actually planned to write this novel after I join a college but then decided to publish this because I fear that I might forget the ideas that I have now...I will write chapters and edit them during my study breaks hence you may not receive a chapter everyday..
I plan to 'officially' start this novel after getting into college and this can be considered as a test run and I am glad that I did this because it's way harder to write than I expected it to be.
Let me put this out front, I am serious about this work and I do not plan on dropping it midway, my target is to release one chapter everyday but it is not possible right now but I promise you to release at least 1 chapter every 3 days.....I am not saying this to convince you all but to cut off my route to procrastination.
