The sun was setting, the only source of light would soon go past the sea horizon.
Black smoke filled the sky which mixed together with the white clouds turning them darker in shade.
The sea of flames which burned the houses spread like wildfire not leaving a single house standing firm.
Hundreds of pirates roared as they killed the men and old ones in the village while capturing the women as well as looting all the goods before the fire could completely destroy them.
The men cried, screamed and begged to be spared while the women lost their hopes as the pirates killed all men with no mercy.
The tens of ships docked near the village, all were soon fully loaded with goods and women.
A man about 3 meters tall, wearing a black suit stood before the ruined village. His eyes which were glowing in multi-color scanned the area.
On his face there was not a hint of emotion, remorse wasn't even a word for him.
"This is just the beginning, very soon the entire world will know who I am. This village, it is the future which this world will suffer."

This is my first fan fiction from my own imagination and I will try to keep the characters as real as possible.
Many characters are from the anime 'One Piece' and I don't own them as well as the world 'One Piece' itself.
Also, it's an AU (Alternate Universe) One Piece. Please expect some changes.

This story is getting worse and worse, first he loses and is imprisoned for 100 years, he doesn't want to be cured, and he loses his strength, he can't beat big mom and neither can he beat kaido because of a cheap excuse. Now in volume 3 I'm sure any weak pirate could intimidate him. Really disappointed with the course of the story, the author promised something in the first chapter but each time he moved further away from his initial goal...

one thing i like about this novel is that the timeline is so ahead than the cannon, which is kinda refreshing as if felt like everything that's gonna be introduce in the future is an oc from the author.
I don't have anything against scum MC, it's just the novel needs more work to be enjoyable to read. ........................................................

Then suddenly, the Old Ancestor open his hand above the hand of the [Redacted] and... Nothing, he gave nothing. Then suddenly the Old Ancestor run away while stealing the money of the poor mortal while he was occupied with the nothing he gave him "Hahahahaha, you thought it was me No Name, but it was me, Random Name, bwahahahahah!" said Random Name while running into the sunset with the poor mortal chasing after him full of tears their his eyes
I like it and it has its own kind of taste, it is dark but not too difficult to watch. It needs little more world background since you haven't included big pirates and marines of those times.[img=recommend][img=recommend]Don't abandon it!!

It's a unique OP fanfic. The era, the author use are more than century before the current timeline 1390's. His system are good and overpowered. Also his crew are also good and not dumb or rebellious(hypnotized). The mc not really a psychopath but a chaotic evil. His personality are lacking too show, I hope author improve this. And his goal didn't state it clearly. The downside in this story are the pacing. Like the author shows spoilers already that it destroys mysteries and curiosity or excitement of a reader. Instead of spoiling in all things, you can change it by foreshadowing. Example in that part a navy come to his turf, next is going to sky island that we didn't what happened.
The first few chapter is good, the mc used every little means beyond human moral for his enjoyment and goal, using all his cheats. but it goes downhill with massive plotholes, forced logic about the power system and him suddenly not using his op cheats, at first he goes from lvl1 to 6 by hypnotizing the whole island population and all its visitor and suddenly not using it to lvl up. All in all I don't recommend it reading past chapter 15 and up. Kudos to the author for the first few enjoyable chapters and brilliant idea.
An Updated Review I have read to the latest chapter (Vol 2) 16, so you can tell I know about this fanfic. The fanfic is a dark one with an evil and villian MC The MC is also psychopath, who is finding his real goal in life. He is strong, not arrogant, has brain, not immature and thoughtful. The story begin from the ends of 13th century in one piece world. Akuma (MC) is tasked by the demon Lord to become worthy of being a devil. The stories go on, many original characters are introduced and also killed. At the last end war of the 13th century, Akuma lost and is imprisoned forever. Now coming to the pace, it already tagged. Fast Paced, but you feel comfortable with it. Chapter update- One per day Here was a short review. Hope you like it and it's useful. Personally, I love it!

I have read till the first volume and it's really good. simple English with almost no mistakes. Interesting story, strong characters and our psychopath mc. What more do you need! Now reading second volume!!
Yes, we understood from the end of the book that the main character is a Psychopath. The ending did not satisfy me, it progressed well at first but then the story slowed down...
I really liked this novel but after certain point of time the MC just stopped using his main powers he was given then latter complaints that why is he weak.
