Chapter 378: Grandma To The Rescue!

The wedding preparations went smoothly. Two weeks before the date, the invites were out.

Heisuke and Hisaki invited their close colleagues at the warehouse including Mr. Kajiwara and Mr. Mayeda. Shuuya and Aino, the Ikeda family and a few others were also on the guest list.

At the same time, Mr. Hokama and Mrs. Saeki sent invites to their business partners and friends. The Hokama family elders also did the same. They were excited about the upcoming wedding.

But...

There was something nasty rumor going around. Fortunately, it reached Old Mrs. Hokama instead of the soon-to-be newlyweds. She quickly put a stop to it.

One day, Old Mrs. Hokama gathered with her two neighbors who were also her close friends. Her husband was there too. 

They discussed Heisuke and Hisaki's wedding while having tea and traditional snacks in the living room. The housekeeper hired by Mr. Hokama served them before resuming her tasks.
