[Ding! Congratulations! You evolved during combat!]
Ignoring the system's message, Yuji moved his shoulders and neck in order to relieve the tension in them, the pain caused by the attacks on his vital points gradually diminishing as his regeneration began to work.
That was precisely what he feared. By sheer luck, the damage to the vital areas was not deep enough to render him completely unconscious, but considering how cautious Mikazuchi seemed before him, the boy immediately realized that he would not be so lucky if he was hit again.
Taking these attacks was dangerous, but it didn't lead to only negative results, being the movement he needed to evolve again, a feeling that he hadn't felt for at least 5 months.
It was an incredible, addictive feeling. But despite the euphoria, unlike before, Yuji didn't let his emotions take over, this was quite explicit when instead of the wide smile he would once have sketched, he now kept a calm expression, except for his eyes, which sparkled dangerously.
"Okay..." Mikazuchi began, the young Raishin style master taking a deep breath, before letting out the air in a long sigh, repeating the process two more times. "You are strong, I will not deny that."
Yuji cared little for his opponent's words, he adhering to the same posture as before while staring at Mikazuchi with a serious expression, Rei returning the look as he began to change his own posture.
"So now I'm going with everything." Rei said, his posture resembling his previous one, although he now showed his palms ajar. "I promised the woman I love that I wouldn't kill anyone, so please don't die."
"A little confident, aren't you?" Yuji said as a small smile appeared on his lips. "That will surely be your downfall."
As much as Yuji was mocking the boy's confidence, he couldn't help but be wary of his change in posture. With his abnormal perception, he realized that something was different about the man, something that was making him uncomfortable.
'It seems that your posture is more natural.... It's as if the previous posture was precisely to limit him.' He thought, his eyes narrowing as he watched his opponent prepare himself. 'No... It doesn't just look like it, it's just that. He's going to come with everything, no limits.'
With one last adjustment of his stance, Rei was ready, he ducked slightly as he was about to return to combat.
'Well, the least I can do is return that intent.' The boy thought, his eyes fixed on his opponent as he realized that Rei was about to advance. 'Come on, Lightning God, show me a little more of your style.'

Rei advanced in a burst of speed, covering the distance between the two in an instant, but instead of trying to strike with a quick attack, he halted his advance moments before reaching Yuji, stopping in front of him and launching several attacks with his fists, changing the shape of each blow as he aimed to hit his vital points.
But this was not enough to corner Yuji, who, thanks to his evolution, was able to follow most of his movements, deflecting the trajectory of the attacks while dodging, backing away to prevent him from being out of sight of his opponent's attacks.
'Thanks to my evolution, his attacks have become more predictable, but his extreme speed has not changed. Even my eyes are seeing only blurs.' Blocking a punch aimed at his temple, Yuji tried to counter with a punch, Rei easily dodging the blow and continuously attacking back. 'But thanks to my stance, his subconscious is focusing his attention on my fists, meaning he won't wait...'
With Yuji dodging one of Mikazuchi's attacks, Rei immediately prepared to dodge a punch, but taking him by surprise, instead of what he was expecting, a kick to his calf came, the blow carrying enough force to knock him backwards onto the ground, shock in his eyes as he tried to get up.
'One kick.' Completing his own thought, Yuji gave Mikazuchi no time to get up, quickly sitting on his abdomen and beginning to punish him with heavy punches, forcing the man to defend with his forearms.
[This fight looks amazing! From the looks of it, Yuji's stance was nothing but a trap, which Mikazuchi fell into perfectly!] Sayaka's voice sounded through the stadium, the audience cheering as they watched the two fighters.
Rei clenched his jaw as he felt his forearms fracture from the boy's blows, him trying to get him off him using the momentum of his waist, but Yuji was unmoved by any of his attempts at escape, easily regaining his position as he continued to punch him continuously.
'His blows are too heavy!' Mikazuchi thought, the attacks becoming harder and harder to block. 'I won't last long! I need to find a way out of this position!'
Feeling a fracture forming in his left forearm, Rei immediately grabbed Yuji's wrist, and with a swift attack, tried to hit one of his ribs with a short punch, the boy seeing this and immediately throwing himself to the side to evade the blow, his eyes narrowing as he stood up.
'He tried to break one of my ribs.' The young fighter thought with irritation, he immediately preparing to move forward when Rei began to stand up. 'I'll finish this quickly, or I'll end up showing more skills from my arsenal.'
Propelling himself towards Rei, Yuji started attacking him the instant he reached him, his punches being launched from all directions as he combined them with low kicks, this confusing the rhythm of Mikazuchi, who was barely able to dodge the attacks, receiving most of them as he tried to retreat, Yuji following him without letting him get away.
[Yuji is cornering Mikazuchi! Will the Lightning God fall before of God Anomaly?!!]
Hearing this, Mikazuchi growled amidst that wave of attacks, he desperately trying to move forward to grab Yuji.
Boom!
Interrupting his advance, a jab landed on his chin, the fighter's consciousness fading for a single second, but that being enough time for Yuji to target him with a sequence of ten jabs to his face, Rei's body being pushed back by the attacks as his brain shook in his skull.
'I can't lose.' That was the last thought that popped into his mind, before the blurred vision of a fist appeared in front of his eyes.
Boom!
With a powerful right jab, Yuji pushed Mikazuchi's body against the ground as he hit him full in the face, the ground cracking as the fighter's back crashed hard into the arena.
"..."
"W-We have a winner!" The referee announced, this causing the audience to erupt with excited shouts as they cheered Yuji, who was staring at his opponent's unconscious body with an unreadable look. "The fight is finished!"
[The Lightning God was defeated! He was defeated with swift attacks that even he was unable to react to! The winner is the youngest fighter of the Kengan matches, the God Anomaly, Yuji Shinakawa!]
"Thank you, Mister Mikazuchi." Turning to leave, Yuji began walking toward the exit of the arena, his expression softening when he saw Karura and the other girls celebrating for their victory. "You taught me something great."
