Chapter 90: Gira-Hawks (1)

When Henry removed the cloth from the parting gift, Kyle was surprised to see the creature. 

It was a tall bird. Standing at over 8 feet tall, this bird had long, slender legs which made Kyle think it could travel easily in any terrain. Its neck was elongated, similar to a giraffe, and its head was adorned with a stunning array of bright feathers. 

"This is a Gira-Hawk, a majestic creature people use for travel. This breed was artificially produced in the capital. You just have to put a slave contract on it now." Henry said while trying to pat the creature yet it just screeched on him and tried to pierce its beak in his hand.

"Big bird, it seems we both have a common enemy. You don't need a slave contract, do you?"
