Chapter 112: It Was Only Right

Their eyes clearly met. Her golden eyes could feel the burning passion behind his eyes that made her gulp. She couldn't say anything as they were far away but for some reason she felt she shouldn't move for now as Magnus intense stare eyed the vampire beside her.

He turned his face around and for some reason she could see the slight pout on his lower lips. He maintained the stern mien until he reached to his throne on the podium and upon him seating down, the rest of the guests curtsy.

Elle who didn't know they had to curtsy, mimic the rest of the ladies and held the edge of her gowns, bowing her body forward and then waited until everyone else had lifted their face to do the same.

Magnus placed his left hand on the armrest and then propped his chin on his wrist, "Welcome everyone. How does it feel to finally see my castle? Or perhaps my face had impressed you more than this building?"
