Chapter 44: Chapter 43:- Bug Free Kaina

"Now I'll start the operation, I'll touch your body, it will get painful, my hand will go inside your body, and do the operation, just have faith in me and your teaching and try to endure as much as you can, one mistake and it could risk your life, so try as much as possible to not move or scream," said Izuku as his hands started to glitch in and out of existence as his hand started closing in towards her chest.
"You aren't worried about anyone hearing you?" asked Kaina.
"Don't worry that won't happen and I made sure of it, while you were in the bathroom," said Izuku in the same serious tone.
"Remember, no matter what happens, don't scream or move, your life will be at great risk if you do," said Izuku as his hand approached Kaina's chest.
Kaina just nodded.
Izuku placed his hand on her breast while locating the position of her heart, and as soon as he found the location of her heart, his hand started glitching.
He made his hand intangible and his hand went inside her body exactly where the heart was located.
As soon as he reached her heart, he made his wrist tangible yet phasing, while his forearm was still intangible.
He had to make sure to stay fully focused, as even a second of lost focus would result in a hole in Kaina's body and Kaina probably dead.
He had used the times when they had seen each other naked to locate all the bugs, and that is when he found out that a bomb was placed on top of her heart.
Izuku understood AFO might have done this so that Kaina doesn't betray him and if she does, he can blow her away.
But sadly Izuku was going to lay his contingent plan to waste.
Bugs weren't that big of an issue, but the bomb was, and that needed to be removed as soon as possible.
That's why the first thing he did was to remove that bomb.
Once he found the bomb, he looked at Kaina as he said, "Here hold my hand, this might get painful,"
Kaina just nodded as she said, "I don't want to die," said as she almost had tears in her eyes, as she held Izuku's left hand with her left hand.
Izuku hadn't told her that there was a bomb in her heart, but the seriousness on Izuku's face and the dense atmosphere made Kaina panic a bit as she didn't know why Izuku was so serious and telling him, again and again, it was going to hurt.
Then Izuku made his wrist tangible as he grabbed her heart.
Her heart started beating heavily, she could feel a tightness in her body, panic started covering her mind, making her think she was in danger, and she tightened her grip on Izuku to the point that it looked like she was trying to break his palm.
Izuku just said, "Relax, you are not going to die, trust me," said Izuku as he waited for her to calm down a bit.
Then he moved his finger to the back of her heart and found the bomb as he put his hands on the bomb and he tried removing the bomb.
However it wasn't that easy, as the bomb was stuck to the heart, and he would need to use some brute force to remove the bomb.
"After this is over, I'll treat you to whateverr you want, just endure it, okay?" said Izuku
"What's wrong, am I going to die?" asked Kaina as she had feared all over her face.
"No, but it will get really really painful now," said Izuku.
"No, something's wrong, you aren't telling the truth, tell me the truth, what's wrong?" said Kaina not believing Izuku.
Izuku removed his hand from her heart as he looked into her eyes, and she sat straight at eye level with Izuku.
"There is a bomb on your heart, and it is attached to your heart, I will need to use brute force to remove it, it might put your life at a risk." said Izuku with a solemn face.
"Bomb??? Who put it, and why? Will I die? I don't want to die?" Kaina asked all these questions as she hugged Izuku tightly while tears flowed down her eyes.
"Can we not let the bomb be there? Asked Kaina.
"What are you talking about, you want to roam around with a bomb that can explode anytime," said Izuku hugging her back, while he started caressing her back.
Izuku, still caressing her back and head, as he said, "Don't worry I will remove it in an instant, I won't let it harm you, trust me, the only thing is you will have to endure lots of pain."
"Just endure it, okay?" said Izuku as he placed his right hand exactly outside her heart while he placed his left hand on her head holding her in his embrace as he used phasing and intagibility to reach the place where the bomb was instantly and then instantly made his wrist tangible and immediately pulled the bomb from her heart to his hand.
When Izuku used brute force, Kaina felt she was almost gonna die, as she tightened her grip on him, and her breathing got heavier, but somehow she didn't lose consciousness as Izuku continued caressing her head with love as he said, "Good girl, thank you for enduring it," said Izuku as he made his hand intangible as he instantly removed his hand and threw the bomb away, in the bin placed at the end of the room.
Kaina was crying, out of fear as she felt she was going to die, and she was unable to get over the feeling.
Izuku then started caressing her back as well as her head again as he used his hands to tilt Kaina's face up towards him as he kissed her forehead.
He held her in his embrace tightly, caressing her as he said, "Good girl, now you don't need to worry about anything, as I promised, I won't let it hurt you, now you are safe, calm down okay," said Izuku as he continued caressing her.
Kaina feeling Izuku's warmth and care seemed to have calmed down as her breathing returned to normal, as tired and exhausted from all the drama and near life death experience, she lost consciousness, however she had a very tight grip on Izuku, not wanting to go, she slept in Izuku's embrace.
Izuku heaved a sigh of relief as he knew now the main trouble was over, he knew there was a bomb but he didn't know much about it, and he couldn't find much as he didn't know what type of bomb it was and also what would trigger it, or what would happen if she goes unconscious.
So he wanted to get rid of the bomb as soon as possible, not wanting to risk anything.
Although Izuku didn't consider her much other than a pawn in the start, that ideology soon crumbled, as he realized Kaina was a good woman stuck in unfavourable circumstances and she didn't have any ill will against him, in fact, she treated him like a close person, or in her case, the only person she could trust, as she always cared for his well being.
So Izuku also decided to reciprocate them and treat her like a human, not an object he could use, and thus he started genuinely caring for her.
Afterall he isn't an emo kid who only cares about revenge, he has got a second chance at life, and he isn't going to waste it being emo, yet he also wants his revenge, which he is going to be in such a manner that would define new bounds of sadism.
Using the opportunity he removed all the bugs from her body while she was still in his embrace, as he knew bugs could be removed even when she was asleep.
Once it was done, he phased himself out of her embrace, teleported to her room as he brought a pair of clothes, and dressed Kaina up as he returned to her embrace again, tightening his grip on her as well.
He wasn't going to lie, like Kaina felt calm being in Izuku's presence, Izuku also felt the same, he never showed it, but his heart was always calm when he knew Kaina was around.
