Chapter 58: Unspoken Truth

Richmond sighed inwardly at Jasmine's request. He was already expecting this even though he was not mentally and emotionally ready for it.

"Richie..." Tears clouded Jasmine's eyes when she observed his hesitation. "Is there someone else?"

"Not having the guts to lie to Jasmine directly, Richmond showered her face with kisses instead of giving her a yes or no reply."

Tears rolled down Jasmine's face as the unspoken truth bore a hole into her heart. She closed her eyes to allow her body to feel every bit of Richmond's touch as he slowly took off her clothes.

Even though Richmond's mind wasn't in what he was doing, he tried to make it believable. To overcome his lack of desire for Jasmine, Richmond pictured her to be Lola and instantly, the magic was ignited.
