please don't drop this it is the only good Captain America si on this whole app
Looks promising, it's well written, the story is developing in an interesting direction and even though the author calls the MC a self insert, instead of the usual personalityless blank sheet we have an actual character a personality. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I’ve been a fan of this author’s work since I’ve stumbled upon their Invincible ff several weeks ago. Quality of writing is excellent, the character is interesting and I’m excited to see how he develops on his journey, I also enjoy how the story is developing and it opens up many new options and variables that have great potential to be explored. Author, you are doing a fantastic job, once again, and I can’t wait to see where you take this story.

As to the score, I'm only giving a slight ding to the rating (so far, though only seven chapters are out) because the story development is almost entirely just a fanfic version of the first Captain America movie, so I can't give it five stars until I see some real serious departure from the script into a new and unexplored territory. Everything else is exactly where you'd hope it'd be with a fanfic. There are a few small issues I take so far. For instance, I'm not 100% certain if the author has a full grasp on the powers he has shown. Two super powered people: Raven and John (Soldier Boy) have been shown, and both have shown a departure from their baseline canonical abilities. I'll be curious to see if they keep happening, if these were slips, or if the author just intends to make his characters 'vaguely based on' the originals.

So far it's going well, very solid. I only have one personal complaint about the MC throwing his super sperm at the dancers. Would they accept being used and discarded as easily as it seemed? The year is 1900 and something, not 2000. And also... What the hell man? Super Sperm! Are you really distributing your fluids without any kind of concern about the consequences produced in the womb?
