Synopsis
Once upon a millennium ago, there was a Gunsmith from Hell, and he made hellish guns with abilities that were beyond human: Hellfire Arms. Of course, using these guns required a certain price: the human soul
But a "mishap" in Hell has caused many of the Arms to drop in the east coast city of Morissey, where not everyone is exactly a saint
In this fantastical representation of 1940's America, private investigator Chance Gordon works with the city's finest in order to get the Hellfire Arms back where they belong before the human race is slaughtered by Hellfire.
Bullets will be exchanged, and bodies will hit the floor.

This novel looks promising! With the talented author, this novel was in good hands! I say I'm impressed with his wonderful work. Good job on making a wonderful read for me. The narration was splendid and the plot was awesome! A hidden gem within the haystack.
This is one interesting story. Anything can happen. The synopsis is well crafted to grab the users attention. It makes a user think on the story plot and keeps wanting for more. Good job author ! Keep goin author !

One of the best story in Webnovel: -Character: Have a well developed side character such as Valefar who used to be a human hating demon into a guy who understand human nature and even helping them. The protagonist Chance is actually one of the most motivated protagonist in webnovel. He literally a driving force for the story to move forward. As for antagonist, Bright is actually one of best one because he is threatening, calculative, and even defeating the protagonist. Even side villain feel different with one another and had their personal goal. Other side character although doesn't have much screen time, it's still feel different with one another. -World building: The world is pretty decent with people actually have reaction with the hellfire arm and the crisis. -Action: Early fight scenes was like a pokemon battle, but when the stories goes forward, it literally a fight scene of people that want to hurt each other with their powerset and creative way of how they used it. What I like the most is how the author describe every impact with the fight scene especially when the character got hit or injure. The fighting style also felt different with each character power. -Idea: Hellfire arms is actually one of the most interesting idea in this detective story and all the gun feel distinct with another. I also like the expansion of how the gun work or make by the gunsmith. -Plot: The plot is pretty good and keep moving forward, also setting a lot of interesting twist and mystery of the crisis. Some buildup in this story also well executed especially with Bright as the antagonist that literally become a main point of that give a huge impact to the narative. Writing Style: In my personal bias, I think this one of the best writing style in Webnovel. Even though there is a very little punctuation problem, it still readable and what I like the most, the Infodumb is not much or the infodumb itself doesn't make the story unreadable. Instead, I can clearly see a lot of showing in this Novel. Overall: I think really enjoy this story and I would rate it 9/10 for now based on my opinion.

This story has one of the most promising gun scenes I've read from here. The world around it is appealing even though I don't read much action nowadays. This will be on my list to read as time goes on. I can learn so much from this writer's skill. Thank you for the amazing start! I can't wait to find the time and read more of this story.

The story starts off with a BANG! Literally with a bang and doesn't let up. There is a lot of dark energy weaving through the novel. The visuals are vivid and imaginative. Looking forward to reading more of this novel.
I have only read the first few chapters but I am hooked. Though I was a bit confused in the first chap, still I was intrigued at the same time. The author's writing style is good and the story is engaging. The idea of using guns as well as the mystery, almost everything about this story has made me interested in it. I have already added this to my lib. It's highly recommended.

This novel has me out looking for words. The scene-setting is so good, the characters are so good. The author went all-out with an effort to give us this treat. Without revealing spoilers. Imma say add it to your library and read it.
Have to love a good hard-boiled story with paranormal thrown in for good measure. The characters could stand to be a bit more defined, however. Right now, they are very one-dimensional. You're hitting all the right bits, however, so you're on the right track. You also have some grammar issues that should be easy to fix if you jujst take your time. Read it aloud to yourself when noone else is in the room. You'll hear all sorts of mistakes that you won't catch just reading silently.
The quality of writing for this novel is very good, it feels very artful, and I am impressed how the author manages to create suspence and tension so easily throughout. If you are looking for something dark, this is for you. Really nice, good work author!
That's a hidden gem we are talking about. The novel set in the 1940 American style, you know right? More gangsters and firearms. Starting from the premise, it's intriguing and written very well. Not to mention the world-building and how he explained it. Let me tell you when I was reading I could almost imagine the scenes unlike the other novels with bland writing. I know it's an underrating novel but Author, It's just a piece of small advice, Webnovel encourages mostly fantasy writings, I am not sure you can get a fanbase here. Wattpad is good for contemporary novels and besides Webnovel does encourage contemporary romance. XD It is a nice novel.
