Cool concept I love one piece already, cant wait to see where it goes. Apart from a few spelling and grammar mistakes this is really good, can tell your starting out would've loved this when I was so keep on writing.

chapter 13 Well a great start for a great novel. Though the chapters are short I would love longer chapters. I think if you should at least write how MC train each powers in more detail an any problems MC might of had training them. Hopefully you got the MC a goal to achieve in later chapters. The crew selection well it depends on how big of a crew you want? I personally want you to get some fishmen an robin in your crew. Like really one piece world is made up of more water than land so it's depressing that fishmen are not a world power there. oh an in early chapters its ok for many timeskips I just hope you keep useing timeskips later on.
