Kay..."
My ears were rushing, my head throbbing with pain.
"Kayl..." someone called out to me?
"KAYLA!"
Startled, I looked up.
Viola was standing in front of my table with her hands on her hips.
"Geez Kayla, you fell asleep in math again! How are you going to make it through this school year if you sleep through the whole class?"
I smiled at her awkwardly and scratched the back of my neck.
"I'm sorry, Viola, I'll try not to sleep in class anymore, I can't let you graduate alone."
She sighed and shook her head, after which I packed up my things, and we left the classroom.
Viola was with her 1.70m and her bright pink hair, which reached under her chest, wonderfully beautiful, and for some people, a real eye-catcher.
But today, most guys want little girls who are 1.60m tall, have big breasts, and a big ass. Unfortunately, this was a bit true for me because I was a 1.60m dwarf.
Still, a lot of guys had hit on me about it and asked for my number.
Of course, I declined, saying,
"Sorry, I'm a lesbian."
Then I walked away.
That wasn't a lie, of course, I really only go for girls if they aren't annoying, and no pick me. But I never had a relationship, neither with a boy before I knew what my sexuality is, nor with a girl, which is not even about the girls. Many people have asked me for a relationship, and I have always refused.
That's because I hate being in contact with people.
After all, I like Viola and my mom.
Anyway, Viola and I stood together in front of the school building and waited until Mia finally joined us.
"You're always late, Mia!"
I said to her.
"Sorry, you know I always stay a little longer because I have to copy something from the blackboard."
She grinned apologetically at us and did her puppy dog eyes.
Viola and I looked at each other for a moment and started laughing.
When we calmed down, we walked off the school grounds.
Sometimes my friends could be really weird, but I still liked them.
