Witcher's are infertile... So it doesn't matter. Actually, that tidbit effectively makes him near useless to the Wild Hunt as well. If male infertility is common among those with elder blood; and the elves know it- They'd literally be put into a situation; where they can only get his help willingly. I suppose they could try torture; though I'm doubtful it would be effective on a Witcher. The Trials are likely more painful than anything they could subject him to; without potentially causing a fatality. While they do want Ciri for her power; their primary goal was to keep the elder blood from going extinct. Not like any woman wants to live as a baby factory- Amusing enough, they'd have far less problems if they found a viable male candidate. Just throw a few attractive aspiring mothers at him; and maybe some monetary compensation since his seed is probably worth more than gold...

Considering, that some of those languages are Eldritch in nature- I'm going to guess Sean, Lucifer, Didi or The Presence Deus Ex Machined any backlash to non existence.
