Not while at war, it's plundering instead!
"Isn't that stealing, mama?"

Queen is playing in my head as I read this chapter.
"Freedom has no limits!"

delineate: to describe or portray (something) precisely.
For example, his mother delineated Blinky's growth and evolution into several different stages.

Do the Evolution by Pearl Jam blasts through the new galaxy.
"I am, but this is an unprecedented time of change and evolution! Think about it. The entire Red Ocean and every organism that resides in it has moved from a relatively barren environment to a more energy-rich environment! This is a transition that is bound to destroy entire ecosystems and cause trillions of different organic species to go extinct, but those who are able to adapt and survive the mutations wrought by E energy radiation and R particle radiation shall attain unprecedented strength on a population-wide scale! Red humanity is about to undergo a collective evolution on an unheard of scale!"

16 tons, and what do you get? 'Nother day older and deeper in debt.
The company store was the only venue in town. The Mech Trade Association ultimately exploited everyone who made use of MTA merits due to its exclusive and monopolistic nature. Unless pioneers honestly submitted 16 tons of phasewater to the Association, they would never be able to retrieve their souls from its grasp!

Are you implying that the C-Man is acting as both Raiden and Armstrong?
The blows were not only fast, but also surprisingly powerful! Even though the energized TESMAS did not work on the same principles as true resonance, its power was not that weak in many aspects.

Considering how the market for starships has been described, that bait would have worked on pretty much everyone but the first-rate organisations. Everyone's a bit greedy for ships these days.
"Why didn't you say so from the start, sir?!"

Making the mother of all trees here Jovy, can't fret over every guinea pig!
It would be the mother of all spirit trees.

Or at least do it with a decent plan, not a barely thought out impulse.
"What the hell am I thinking!?"
Sci-fi · Exlor
What I assume the thought process to be in a lot of Ves's decisions.
The main reasons why he wanted to proceed was to challenge himself and fulfill his desire for innovation by creating a creature that no one else had succeeded in making.

I'm fairly sure that's the goal of every combat engagement, whether it happens that way or not is the question.
The goal was to achieve the most lopsided possible victory while suffering the least amount of losses!

"I don't like to" is not the same as "I won't", so I see no lie here. Ves experiences (minor and temporary) regret when the Larkinsons get caught up in his B.S, so clearly there's some degree of disliking the circumstances.
"I don't like to treat my loyal subordinates like disposable tools." Ves lied to the Penitent Sister Commander. "You're Larkinsons now, and that means you are family to me as well. While I won't stop your sisters from following their oaths, I want them to do so freely."

I mean, they are now separated from earth, and Gaia exists so...
He already had a few ideas on how to accomplish this, though it would be difficult to pull any of them off without damaging his relationships with the Red Two and the Rubarthan Pact.
