mc doesnt really need physical training as much as he thinks, chakra is a mix of spiritual and physical energy however its not a 1:1 ratio just that aslong has you have a high amount of one of them you will have high chakra just that either your yin or your yang will be stronger, for example Naruto who has a higher amount of yang due to Asura and Kurama chakra, so he has a higher amount of physical power in the process, however take uchiha who focus more on sharingan meaning high base yin also when they get magyoku sharingan the chakra amount they have still increases as they gain access to more spiritual energy (yin) ther for as long has mcs spiritual energy is strong enough his chakra will only climb higher and higher

the robot are al fighting like humans only thing is they are more durable and stronger that humans verall, like why not have something like a built in sensor which senses high seed movenet and have the robot to be able to spin each torso indivually which can act as both defense and offense. and other stuff too.
