Dude is a moron... Her fruit is one of the best close combat fruits you could get. Give her strength, give her armanent haki and she's an absolute beast. And where did he even see muscles on Boa Hancock? Or many other powerful one piece female characters. It's a freaking Manga world, muscles have nothing to do with strength 😂
Although this is a strange trend for Robin, Ross did not intend to make her a Battle oriented member. If such a good girl exercises and put muscles all over her body, it will not be a beautiful picture to imagine and he will surely suffer from headaches.

What? O.o This quests have 2 requirements. First is to complete 4 routs in the first part of the grand line. I think there are 4 in total so that means he has to SAIL the paradise four times from start to finish. This is probably some kind of mistranslation. Author probably ment one out of four. We'll, I hope that is the case. What does it mean to complete one of those? It has to mean that you have to visit each island on that route. It would be stupid if he just had to visit one island on it and then get to the last island. What would be the point? And the second requirement for this quests works great with the first. He has to draw a map of that route. He has to visit an island to be able to do that. The quest isn't about coping a map, it's about drawing it. He already skipped Little Garden so he won't be able to complete any of the requirements this time. I guess he would be able to restart. Well, biggest chance is, that author will just forget all about it and give MC the competition.

I really hate when authors do that. It really0makes the whole system... cheap? flat? Like everything you need to do to reach jonin or even kage level of strength is have some stupid gimmick. Like years of physical training and expirience could be skipped by being able to throw a windblade. Orochimarus sound ninja in chunnin exam basicly had devil fruits like that, they were able to throw some BS attacks with their gear. Doesn't change that there should be a huge difference in combat power between each ninja classification. Tamari was simply weak. Every jonin should be able to fold her like a tissue just using their physical capabilities. Making a kage out of her just based on stupid gimmick sounds like s bad joke.
She could be immediately classified as at least a special jonin, perhaps even a regular jonin if she uses the right strategies, and after a well-focused period of growth and sufficient creativity... the Kage level wouldn't be impossible.
