Why would he like to contact others in person when he could just make a dummy(robot or otherwise) and control it remotely?

"I am quite safe where I am. You do not need to care about my protection, agent. Just focus on the task at hand." The overseer said before turning back to Coulson and to shield once more.

It's probably a typo and was meant to be class 4 or lower since class 5 is the highest.

 - Satellite and aerial reconnaissance are to be suspended in all non-critical areas of Class 4 or higher.

He's more and more getting closer to an SCP. Wouldn't be suprised if one day he becomes an apollyon class.

"Amazing." he muttered to himself as he toyed with the golden paper; it was thicker than golden foil by a lot and fully metallic in nature. It wasn't just coated in gold but had become gold. Or at least that was his theory. He would need it tested in a lab to be sure.

They made their way outside, and the Foundation personnel instantly noticed; though they didn't do anything and just pretended not to say, dealing with the aftermath of this was Natasha's mission, which she would take very seriously.

Maybe or maybe not? Who knows, there was a lot of scps and corresponding manpower/facilities that were added but not mentioned.

"100 million dollars." The voice of Alexandra Ricci called out loudly as she stood once again at the window of the VIP booth.

The next paragraph explains where he can get the money.

So there were still groups of people who had the necessary wealth, but they were not those who might the next bit; it was someone who clearly didn't have the wealth: "100 billion." The resigned voice of Norman Osborne came.

Why bid for it herself? Doesn't MTF MU-5 'The Highest Bidders' exists for this purpose? She will just make herself more suspicious.

One of the most elite? Yes, but most elite task force? That is very debatable as there is no 'single strongest task force' but the 'most suitable task force for a certain scp or situation'.

Yet these people were far from normal no, this was Twu-5, the legendary Samara. The most elite mobile task force in the entire Foundation, these few semi-immortal cyborgs created through anomalous means and anomalous materials were more than enough to ensure her safety while also being able to crush this little event.

Just take it with a grain of salt and think of it as the ancient one's power and the time stone.

She said, and with a flash of golden energy, she was gone, as was the envelope and Strange's plan for an early retirement.

Late reply but yes, they can use scp items and some of them are even supposed to be related to other scp humanoids through blood or other kinds of relationship.

"Ensure a casket like this is always at hand during outings; additionally, staff must be prepared here to receive me, should I need to utilize this retreat method. There will be no questions, no answers. You've witnessed its execution; adapt accordingly," Alex instructed the assembly with a tone that brooked no debate.

Author probably made it that the 05's know each other's true identity or their commonly used identity at least.

Her tone softened a bit. "What if something happened to you again? If you died for real next time? And we don't know where you get this information from? We will be completely in the dark about many risks out there, major risks if your words are to be believed."

"You let that thing get into the facility and you let it threaten the entire staff. You failed miserably and the higher-ups are going to have our heads, so if you don't want to be the one who gets fired or worse demoted to D-class we better find someone else to take the fucking blame." She hissed.

Scp-2000, Deus ex machina, a facility containing all the genes of all people in the world and in an event of a xk-end of the world scenario would clone them, rebuild civilization, and pretend nothing happened.

Not that Alex blamed him; after all, the importance of this object was why he handed it over to O5-2. This object needed the best. And while SCP-006 came with all the defenses in place, SCP-2000 didn't.
