Also the MC has Essence of the King for Seven's sake, he has so much personal power no one would even be a hurdle for him given enough time.
The headaches I got after that day, will always stay in my mind. What I didn't know when he asked me to go to the village the second day, was that he had taken all the money he had and given it away to the poor ... I don't know what brought that up and I was both proud and annoyed at Robert. It would only create problems later down the line. Because the people would take it as a normal occurrence and then expect money all the time.

Well he was starved when he was barely a teen in his own castle, so that probably didn't help.
When Robert was not yet 2 name days old, his younger brother was born, Stannis Baratheon. Robert was happy about having a younger brother to spend time with and contrary to his own beliefs, he fell in love with his brother immediately.

NGL the templates are the only reason why I'm not fully invested, do not know the 2 templated characters and I watched "No Game No Life" so long ago I only remember the gotcha moments when the MCs turned the tables.

People are also forgetting that every person with the same CT won't get the same technique usage, for example Yuji using Sukunas CT is way different to Sukunas usage of shrine.

This is actually how it was in the books magic was hard to do or aquire normally but if you traveled enough and searched hard enough it would eventually find you, mind you magic ASOIAF is a terrible sort which exacted an equally harrowing result for the acquired mystery. Many examples such as Dany and her entourage encountering magic, but most of the time people would avoid it and shun.
This world is different. Its seems more mystically inclined than in nature. I've seen pyromancers perform tricks with flames they generated. From what I've read about the Long Night it is definitely not going like the way in the show. There is no Night King. The Others are a race. Like ice-fey. Or so everyone believes.

All this attitude displayed by "peasants" feels out character for Planetos as a whole considering Nobles or individuals of high-birth are so in their sphere of influence that push back leads to heads on pikes most of the time. With that being said the "peasantry" would undoubtedly not gainsay Robert because of his heir status to a Lord Paramount, granted this Robert is not a psychopath.
They agreed since they hoped for favours from the Baratheon family. Little did they know, that Robert was dead serious. He had them create buildings and renovations and then went over it since he had the last say in all the projects. He evaluated the projects and then either approved or refused them. In the beginning, they were angry with him, since he told them their work was trash. Of the three architects two got angry and stormed out, the third one wanted to hear why Robert thought it was trash and Robert explained it to him.
