this was never intended to threaten, it was mearly expression. personally, I hate drama and try to avoid it. I have too much of it in my real life and don't need it in my escape world. that being said, I understand a build up and i dont care for sugar coated fairy tales. but this just seems so unstable of a relationship to be a 'mate bond'. it takes me right back to bad relationships I've had, not something I care to relive. and when you have guy friends and understand the real reasons behind actions like this, it doesn't match up.but that's my opinion and where my head is at reading this. I will never tell an author how to write their story. but understanding how you are effecting your readers can make you a brilliant writer. take from it what you will, I don't comment to hurt you. and even if I don't finish this one, I will still look for your writing in the future.

I'm so upset over this, it just keeps getting worse and worse. then you add in her sisters relationship and everything is a carefully crafted disaster. all the childish drawn out drama is giving me a headache. I'm not sure how much more I can take. this story started so well and now the unnessesary drama has me recoiling and ready to drop it.

Damien poured the remaining tea from the kettle into his cup before placing it back inside the basket. Picking up the emptied tray to place it back along with the kettle, "Moon signs, there are symbols or representation for the night creatures. The night creatures consist of people who don't come in the category of humans. Long ago when the first generation of pureblooded vampire came into existence, they decided to create representation through the help of the white witches. The moon signs were used for the night creatures while the sun signs Were used to describe the humans. Each of the sun and moon are subdivided into different characteristics."

"Pass it on to me later," both his daughters snapped their head to look at their father. Penny could tell that the man was subtle but it wasn't hard to know where Damien's shamelessness stemmed from. Not touching the plate of meat that dripped with blood, she ate the bunny apples which Damien had cut out for her.

As she worked on locking the door, placing the lantern down and turning the key, a shadow lurked from behind a house, its height small and a hood that was covered as the person continued to look at the girl who was locking the unused house. The person didn't take a step forward or to the side, with one of their hands that was placed on the wall of the house, the person continued to stare at her.

She wondered if he had come to visit his mother. What kind of person was she? Though she had concentrated mostly on her food in the dining room and the coldness below her body from where she had been sitting, she had noticed the awkward atmosphere between the family members.

this makes no sense. I hate how drawn out this is, it keeps going in circles. you know Abi is going to have to die again.

Dinah's body was covered with wounds. When Dinah looked down and saw her body being slashed like it was some kind of chopped potato, a high-pitch scream filled the vastness of the cavern. Dinah finally started to feel the pain from the hundreds of cuts Alicia had inflicted on her. Her face too was not spared, and she suffered some cuts. Even though the wounds have already started healing, Alicia made to thoroughly coat her blade in a various concoction of poisons to slow the enemy's healing and give them the most agonizing pain they deserved.

Alicia narrowed her eyes. She had been trying to decipher something, anything from his face for a while now, but she couldn't find what she was looking for. Now that Alicia was the queen, she could now decipher lies and pretension in anyone's face. She could feel the darkness and evil motives within someone's heart. So why can't she feel anything from this man? Wasn't he supposed to be an enemy? And more importantly, why the hell did he have such an angel face?!

I'm confused, wasn't 'he the one that could resist the mate bond but she couldn't'? Maybe I miss read that. And I enjoy their connection, but it seems so out of character for him to be this expressive. it just doesn't mesh well with his character profile.
