In a way, he inadvertently helped Quinn evolve into a full blonde vampire. Knowing how Quinn was at the time, it would have taken him ages to evolve. Peter gave him the unnecessary push that he needed.
The aggression was still within him. Even the most minor things would annoy him, such as people leaving their food behind in the canteen without putting it in the trash. Images flashed in his head of picking up the tray and whacking it across one of the members' heads, teaching them a lesson so they wouldn't do it again.

That could be a bit difficult though since values and morals come into play. On the one hand, those that died might like the fact they are even proving to be useful in death, others would prefer to be left to rest. He would need the permission of the individual or family members before doing such a thing unless he's using an enemy.

Either the technology has advanced to the point where a even blind people can easily watch a film and play video games or someone like Erin was narrating the video for him. Being a swordsman herself and also having Leo's ability, she'd be able to explain it to him in a way he'd understand the most.

I agree. This sword wasn't even apart of the original set made from Ray's/Sen's first incarnation.
Looking at the energy surrounding the sword, something was incredibly off about it. Usually beast weapons gave off a red colour which Leo could perceive through his ability, the same as beasts themselves. In the same vein, vampires gave off a purple energy, so what was up with this weapon that looked to have black flames spiralling from it.

Oh so I guess I was wrong. Now that I think about it, I think it's most of the scared leaders who went with Bryce that spoke out.
Jin walked up to the wall and looked over the message as if hoping it would reveal some sort of secret underneath. "Or whoever these people are that he has annoyed. I doubt the others truly know what actually happened.Oy that they no longer reside in the vampire settlement. After all, remember like over hundreds of chapters ago when they first learnt about Quinn's existence. They thought he was originally a punisher and there was one leader who seemed quite excited about their possible return. This shows that only the ones who went with Bryce are truly in the know. The neutral ones and the the ones who support the punishers wouldn't know, especially the ones who support the punishers. Plus we already know that Richard has spies almost everywhere. He's definitely got spies disguised as royal guards and servants.
'If this really is Arthur's doing, why did he target the third family twice?' Muka wondered. 'Could there really be something Annie knew that Suzan didn't? No, that should be impossible. I mean that doesn't really surprise me. I get the feeling that he's only going after those responsible and will leave the rest of the vamps to the Dalki. After all, we already know that they might be using Rosie's daughter and the settlement as blackmail against. If they no longer had that then he'll probably protect the vampires who had nothing to do with destroy the punishers. PS, nice essay in the previous paragraph.

I agree, especially since there's Quinn and his family. Though there's a difference between Arthur personally killing them vs simply killing the ones he has a grudge against and leaving the rest to the Dalki. After all, he may be out for revenge but I don't think he's the type to blame an entire race for the sins of the few.
