that's stupid of him. you may be compassionate with him and sympathise him, so you could have some emotions and less-harshen your sentence, but in all honesty, not recognising your fate is stupidness. may sound harsh, because honesty without kindness is brutality. but its the truth. and I don't dislike him because of his love for Maddy. it's his right that he can love anyone he wants. i dont like him solely because of his actions. he forces a lady and pesters her relentlessly and gaslights her. and anyone can see how cheap his character is. he hurts the one he "loves". for me, i consider Zane's "love" an infatuation now. its intense, but never love. his actions are the witness to my statement
