The famous temples in China were Nanhai Temple, Wulong Temple, Zhaogongming Temple of the God of Wealth, Lingshun Temple, Hangzhou Lingshun Temple, Tiantai Mountain Temple of the God of Wealth, etc.

World-famous temples include Angkor Wat (Cambodia), Parthenon (Greece), Apollo Temple (Greece), Pantheon (Rome), Karnak Temple (Egypt), Luxor Temple (Egypt), and Hephaestus Temple (Greece).

Mentougou had a famous temple called Jietai Temple. This temple was built in the fifth year of Wude of Tang Dynasty (622 AD). It was originally called Huiju Temple. The White Tower Temple was located on the White Tower Mountain on the north bank of Lan 'Zhou City. It was one of the most important scenic spots in the city and was built by Genghis Khan. These temples were important cultural relics of Lan 'Zhou City, attracting many tourists and believers to visit and worship.
