Can you share a particularly disturbing CNA horror story?

There was this one time at a baptism in a rural area. The baptismal pool was an old - fashioned stone structure outdoors. Unbeknownst to anyone, there was a large snake that had made its nest near the pool. As the person was about to be baptized and stepped into the water, the snake slithered out. People screamed and ran in all directions. It was a terrifying situation, and it took a long time to calm everyone down and ensure the snake was gone before they could attempt the baptism again.

There was a story where a patient was in the ICU after a major surgery. In the middle of the night, a stranger in hospital scrubs entered the room. The stranger seemed disoriented and started fiddling with the patient's IV lines. Before the nurses could stop him, he had managed to disrupt the flow of important medications. It turned out he was a confused patient from another floor who had wandered into the wrong room.

Sure. There was a Section 8 landlord who found out that the tenant was running an illegal business from the rental property. The tenant had set up a small factory of sorts, with dangerous chemicals and equipment. This not only put the property at risk but also the safety of the other neighbors. The landlord had a hard time getting the tenant evicted because of the Section 8 protection the tenant had.

There was this story of a girl who started using amphetamine to stay awake for studying. But soon she got addicted. She became extremely aggressive towards her parents, yelling and screaming at them all the time. She also stopped taking care of herself. Her hair was a mess, and she smelled bad. Her academic performance actually dropped instead of improving, and she pushed away all the people who cared about her.

There was a story about a restaurant where the cook was seen not washing his hands after using the toilet and then handling food directly. This is a major hygiene issue and could potentially spread all kinds of diseases to the customers.

Sure. There was a patient who was told that the MRI would be a routine scan. But once inside, they heard what sounded like voices or strange whispers. They were alone in the room, and the technicians outside couldn't hear anything. It was so disturbing that the patient refused to continue the scan.

Yes. There was a story where a baby in the NICU was accidentally given the wrong blood type during a transfusion. The baby immediately started having a severe reaction. The little one's body was rejecting the wrong blood and it was a terrifying situation. The medical team had to act very quickly to try and reverse the effects and save the baby's life.

Sure. There was a PTA where there was a lot of backstabbing. Members would spread rumors about each other in order to gain more influence or control. For instance, one member started a false rumor that another was embezzling funds just to get them removed from a key position in the PTA. This created a very toxic environment and made it hard for the PTA to focus on its real goals, like improving the school for the kids.

Sure. There was a case where a tweaker was so out of it that they dug holes all over their yard at night, thinking they were hiding drugs from imaginary enemies. The next day, the yard was a mess of mounds and pits, and they were still acting crazy, scaring the neighborhood kids who used to play there.

Sure. There was a case where a teen met someone on Myspace who claimed to be a famous music producer. He convinced the teen to meet him in person. When they met, the 'producer' turned out to be a dangerous predator. Fortunately, the teen managed to escape, but it was a terrifying experience.
