My first impression of a nurse was when I was in the hospital as a kid. She had this warm smile that immediately made me feel at ease. She was so gentle when taking my temperature and checking my vitals. It was like she knew exactly how to make a scared little kid feel safe.

Well, on the second day, the first impression could be about a new place. Maybe it was a bustling city. The tall buildings and busy streets immediately caught my eye. There were people everywhere, going about their daily business in a hurry. The smell of fresh coffee from the cafes and the sound of traffic created a unique atmosphere.

For example, if someone is friendly and well - presented at first meeting, we tend to carry that positive view. Even if later they make a small mistake, we are more likely to overlook it because of that initial good impression.

On my first day of second grade, I was really nervous. I walked into the classroom and saw a lot of new faces. The teacher was very kind. She showed me my desk. I remember we started the day with reading some interesting stories. It was a bit scary at first but turned out to be a great day.
