Which companion in Divinity 2 has the most interesting story?

I think Lohse has an extremely interesting companion story. The whole idea of having a demon inside her and how it affects her actions and decisions is really captivating. It's not just a simple possession story. She has to constantly fight against the demon's influence, and as the player, you can influence her journey towards either embracing or rejecting the demon, which is really cool.

For me, Lohse's story stands out. She has this inner demon that she's constantly at war with. It's not just a simple good vs. evil struggle inside her. It's more like a battle for her very soul. She meets all kinds of characters during her journey who either help or hinder her in this fight, and she has to make difficult decisions about whether to embrace the demon's power or resist it at all costs. For me, it's Vette. Her story as a Twi'lek slave who rises above her circumstances is very inspiring. She has a lot of spunk and her relationship with the player character is really heartwarming. It shows how she grows from a somewhat naive slave to a strong and confident individual.

Sebille also has an amazing story. Her past as an elf slave and her quest for revenge are both heart - wrenching and exciting. You get to see her grow and change throughout the game as she deals with her past traumas and new relationships. Her story is full of moral dilemmas and tough choices which make it very engaging.

I think Red Prince is very interesting. His story is centered around his claim to the lizard throne. He has a strong sense of pride and entitlement which comes from his royal upbringing among the lizards. His interactions with other characters, especially those who don't immediately recognize his 'royalty', are quite amusing and at the same time show his complex personality.

The story of Ifan is also quite engaging. He's a former member of the Divine Order, and he's on a journey of self - discovery after leaving that organization. His story delves into the politics and corruption within the Divine Order. You also get to explore his relationships with other characters, especially his feelings towards the elves, which adds a layer of complexity to his story.

I think it's Lae'zel. Her story is centered around her Githyanki heritage and her strict military upbringing. She has very strong beliefs about her race's superiority at first, but as she travels with the group, she begins to question some of those long - held ideas. It's really interesting to see her grow and change as she experiences different cultures and situations outside of what she knew in her homeland.

The emotional depth in the companion stories is really engaging. Take Sebille for instance. Her quest for revenge against her former master is filled with pain and determination. It makes players feel more connected to her. Also, the different moral choices presented in their stories are great. You can either support their more vengeful side or guide them towards a more merciful path, which greatly affects the overall story.

Aloth is another character with a fascinating companion story. His struggle with his own identity, being a wizard with a dual personality, is a central part of his narrative. His journey to come to terms with himself and his place in the world makes for a great story as you play through the game with him.
