Dying was the last thing he ever thought would happen to him. Despite where he grew up, what he society he lived in, he had a sense of naiveness that death was so far away. He was only 18. However, one day death came knocking on his door, leaving him in terrible pain and his family to crumble away in grief. Thus, when he was presented a chance to be able to get back home alive and well, he grabbed it and never let it go. He would do anything to return to see his family once more.

"Everything in the world exists in order to end up as a book, and the universe is a library". August is now a soldier in an ancient world, he has to figure out how to live or how not to die, again.

The collection of the poem is written by me. Most of the poems may have inspiration from my day-to-day life whereas others are just my thoughts. The inspiration of the poem may or may not have the influence of other poets but I tried my best to portray my feelings. Hope you will find these poems interesting. Rest assured, I will post them as I am not a poet in any sense. I just like to play with words. So, I hope you like it. The cover page is not mine.

The poems that I write for my girlfriend

When Inchara and Amit, two painters and lovers whose Writer has stopped writing their story, beg Writer to give their story and end after having repeated the same day for year; the Writer gives them the only conclusion he could. As pages from the story that could've been, are torn by the Writer; they find a new master who paints words in such a way that even the Writer becomes part of a chaotic world where he has to face all the characters he has written, and stories he had written as drafts become one singular reality. In the end... who would take control? To what end? One thing is for sure.
