The story takes place in a world of civilized anthropomorphic animals with a cultural divide between the preys and predators. But, the pressures of Toru's job as a predator leave him blind to Yuka's affections and Yuka takes up making music to try an distract himself. Finally, when cold-blooded class representative, Nozomi the Rabbit, threatens to come between them, Yuka has to act fast. But will they ever find the tender love that they deserve?
