Wandering Wonderland: Mochi Madness

Wandering Wonderland: Mochi Madness

Dying wasn’t part of the plan. But staying dead? Turns out, that’s not an option either. When our not-so-lucky soul gets trapped in a jar—yes, a jar—he knows something’s gone terribly wrong. Even worse, the one responsible is a devilish little girl who treats cosmic horrors like playthings while using legendary artifacts as mere kitchen tools. She’s making something… monstrous… And he? He’s probably one of the ingredients. Join our hapless soul as he bounces (sometimes literally) between life-threatening trials, whimsical chaos, and the occasional brush with cosmic insanity—all while trying to survive a devilish little girl who is anything but ordinary. Welcome to a world where nothing is what it seems—where the absurd meets the terrifying—and everyone’s a little bit mad. Readers can expect: Slow start but gains a faster pace, bouncy action, madcap adventures, humorous moments, LitRPG/GameLit elements, lots of fantastic creatures and magical stuff, spooky mystery, tons of character focus, lots of worldbuilding, reader interaction, a dash of cosmic horrors and a slice of madness. Chapter Frequency/Update: One chapter a day, every day of the week, for now, until I burn through all my keyboards and run out of money to buy new ones... Oh, and when I finally answer my boss who has been calling non-stop for me to come in to work... --- Hello, fellow adventurers, dreamers, and story-chasers! I’m Mochibun—a fluffy bun with a knack for writing and a heart full of whimsy, here to share my journey into a world of madness, cosmic shenanigans, and bouncing mochis (yes, you read that right). Who am I? Picture a person sneaking under blankets as a kid, flashlight in hand, devouring books while gaming on the sly, hoping their Asian parents didn’t catch them. Fast-forward to today, and here I am—a lover of art, literature, and everything in between, crafting worlds I’ve dreamed of for far too long but was too terrified to share. (Cue dramatic music.) Why am I here? A friend nudged me—okay, shoved me—into finally putting one of my most cherished stories out there for all to see, and now there’s no going back! It’s called Wandering Wonderland, or rather, I wanted to call it Mochi Madness at first, but ended up making that the title of the first volume instead, and you'll find out why later, much later. It’s filled with wild adventures, a mischievous devilish girl, cosmic horrors who are more scared of the main character than he is of them, and of course, a little dash of mochi-flavored madness. If you’re up for a story that’s whimsical, funny, and just a tad bit insane, you might enjoy joining me on this journey. What can you expect from me? I’ll be posting one chapter a day (yep, I’m on writing vacation mode), and then as my normal job creeps back into the picture, I’ll aim for 4-5 chapters a week. No promises on world-saving plot twists, but I guarantee lots of platformer-inspired shenanigans, adorable cosmic chaos, and a poor soul who really didn’t ask to be trapped in a jar by a girl with a black belly, whose cooking skills terrify even eldritch horrors. PS: I take editing and proofreading quite seriously, but if you do manage to actually find any grammar mistakes or other errors, point them out in the comments and I'll share with you some of these gigantic triple-chocolate chip cookies that I bake from time to time~ Feel free to drop by and say hi, share your thoughts, or even give me a virtual hug (I might need it). Let’s wander this wonderland together, one madcap chapter at a time. And hey, if you’re curious enough to check out my world and meet those within it… Well, who knows what sort of mischief you’ll stumble upon? *wink wink* Mochibun, signing off with lots of fluff and fantastical dreams~

My Muna

My Muna

Maimuna's pov And this is it again mustapha has disturbed my peace again God can i hate him more than i already do??? Ever since i have known that guy he has always been an obstacle to my peace, when he is around i don't get to breath like a normal human so i want to turn the table around this time. I know what you people are thinking already, that i am going to add something to his food right well if that is what you are thinking then you don't know me at all, when i got to the parlor l saw mustapha looking like a scared cat and at the same time a hungry lion while Abduljaleel was looking all tired and hungry so for Abduljaleel's sake i quickly went to the kitchen, served their food on two different plates and covered them, i did all i needed to do and headed for the parlor where they were seated or should i say laying almost lifeless, who said guys don't have a weak point??? News splash food i repeat food is their weak point, starve them when they have no option and they would be at your service. I first went to mustapha and place one of the food in front of him, i opened the cover and returned it back then changed the food with the other one on the tray, i had to check in and not get the food mixed up, i smiled at mustapha before i gave the one i took from mustapha to Abduljaleel, i watched as mustapha's face change from joy to terror and i immediately knew i have succeeded in my second mission. Mustapha's pov i can even feel my intestines knotting themselves to help adjust to the hunger for the main time so skipping dinner is definitely not an option. I was still looking for an escape when Maimuna decided to grace us with her presence holding a tray, omg how more devilish could she get, she couldn't even wait for me to conclude or find a solution to my problem. She came to my front and placed a plate of food, she opened the lid smiling before she quickly exchange the food with the one she was still holding, she smiled at me and said 'enjoy your meal Prince'. And that was it she gave the other plate of food to Abduljaleel and then exited the room.
