Destined Immortal Love: Until I Reach Your Heart

Destined Immortal Love: Until I Reach Your Heart

***On Hiatus*** Violet decided to jump on the cliff of no return and decided to not be reincarnated because of her ex-husband's betrayal. She was in so much pain that she just wanted to disappear. Given the second chance in life, she woke up into the body of a girl whose appearance looked exactly like her when she was still on her teens. At first, she thought she was only reborn back to the time she was still twenty-one but to her surprise, she was actually not. The world is totally different from hers. However later on, she find similarities among the two. She thought that she could have a good life in this second life but unfortunately, this young girl's life was bound to be tragic. The girl's name is Jane. Jane was forced to leave home because of her cruel step-mother who wanted her dead. Her father had no care for her anyways. And now, she died because of an accident she had gotten involved while she was on the way to school. Therefore, Violet's heart ached for Jane. Compared to Jane's life, at least Violet had experienced what it felt like to be loved by her father. The only common they had was that they lost their mother at such a young age. Violet thought that in this life as Jane, she'd be finally freed from the people and memories of her past world but little did she knew, she would meet a very mysterious man whom she would never want to associate herself to begin with. Little did she know that the more she avoided him, the more she'd gotten herself to be involved with him. And this man was far dangerous than she could ever imagine. *** Edric was a special person. He has been walking on the face of the Earth since ancient time. A lot envied his immortality but they didn't know he already had enough of it. Some thought his immortality was a blessing but for him it was already a curse. On top of that, he could not fall in love with a woman. Until one day, he met her. The woman who flipped his world upside down. He wanted to avoid her but the more he did, the more he wanted to be with her. *** Fate had played another tricks to them and they found themselves locked into each other's arms. The more she tried to avoid him, the more she'll be drawn towards him. Because of the heartbreak she had suffered from her past life, she vowed to never love again. Despite his fierceness, he was actually kind and caring towards her. Will she give her heart the chance to love him? His first goal is to find the woman who could fulfill the prophecy and end his immortality. But now that he finally found her and knew how actually deep the feelings he feels towards her, will he still pursue his first goal and leave her alone in grief? Or rather, will he try to fight his destiny and look for ways to be with her forever? What will Jane do once she finds out the truth? *** ***A little clip from the story*** "No! You're not going to die! I won't allow it!" "But wife...I do not want to have regrets in this world. I love you! And I want to hear these words coming from you, too." Edric then hugged her and tried to comfort each other. "We didn't even know if I'll die after you utter those words or not." He added making her to hit his shoulder. "I hate you!" "I know you don't. But if telling me that you hate me is equivalent to telling me how much you love me, then, I'll accept it, wife." "I hate you!" Jane uttered once again in between her sob and Edric replied with, "I love you, too."

Shocking! My Rugged Husband is the Hidden Tycoon in the 70s Novel

Shocking! My Rugged Husband is the Hidden Tycoon in the 70s Novel

Shocking! The rough husband is the hidden master in the time-travel novel. She is the sacrificial victim for the male lead's pursuit of true love, the pitiful person who transforms grief and indignation into motivation, the obsessive person who constantly wants to slap the male lead's face with money, the lemon essence contrasting the female lead’s gentleness and generosity. Xu Qinghuan: Emma, is this talking about me? Xu Qinghuan transmigrated into a book, into a time-travel novel written by her best friend, where her father died early, her mother remarried, and she was raised in her second uncle's home since childhood. Her cousin and fiancé are entangled? "Break off the engagement, whoever wants the central air conditioner can take it!" Her biological mother manipulates her with work? Isn't it just going to the countryside? The Great Northeast's black land is fertile, where every year you can lie on the heated kang and eat for half the year. Which corporate slave wouldn’t love it? Most importantly, there is a big shot she wants to cling to. Jiang Xingye is someone that even the male lead admires, the future global richest man, the hidden master in the book. After going to the countryside, Xu Qinghuan goes straight to Jiang Xingye. Her original plan was to be a little follower for the big shot and never thought of developing an inappropriate relationship with him. When the man gruffly raises his eyebrows and coaxingly tells her to hold on a little longer, she only wants to ask: What about being wealthy and detached? What about having a strong career ambition and no time for romance? What about being a 007 workaholic who doesn’t even return home?

Which is the best Jeff VanderMeer novel?
I think 'City of Saints and Madmen' is the best. It's a complex and richly detailed work that combines different narrative styles. It's like a mosaic of stories set in the strange city of Ambergris. Each part of the book adds to the overall sense of a place that is both familiar and completely alien, filled with odd characters and even odder happenings.

What is 'annihilation vandermeer novel' about?
Since I'm not familiar with a specific 'annihilation vandermeer novel', it could be a story that delves into the concept of annihilation on multiple levels. It might explore how different forces in the novel, whether they be environmental, technological, or social, contribute to this annihilation. Vandermeer is known for his imaginative and often mind - bending stories, so this novel could be about a journey through a world that is slowly being erased, with the characters having to face the consequences of this slow destruction and perhaps find a way to reverse it or at least come to terms with it.
