One of the greatest stories I’ve ever read in a long while I will keep rereading as long as I can and enjoy it.

I just abandoned it when I saw him letting his beast decide whether to kill someone who was trying to hunt beasts to survive just because one of those beasts was part of the beast's family even after one of the hunters said he had children to take care of and asked for mercy, the guy was an orphan and lived his whole life with this pain and didn't care about inflicting that pain on someone else. It makes it clear that he is a psychopath.

Great novel highly recommended truly exhilarating

It starts off well, but decays at a dizzying pace. Bad end arc, no conclusion of the romance that hinted, lost the initial goal of resurrecting the parents, only to be resurrected later in the last chapter without preparation or anything, he had great xenophobic tendencies, besides that in the middle of the story because he had many ''pets'' and they ended up having poor development in some cases, plus some if you take away from the story it literally doesn't change anything.

A really mediocre title. 142 chapters in and the government recommends students to qualify for college they should fight to the death with monsters. The timeline is way wrong too. The author insists everything was resolved and in its current state with the world expanding, satellites being destroyed, monsters evolving from common animals, etc…. In 3 years. I still can’t get over the trope of having the best of the best (in his area, 8 qualified out of 30k) and sending them to their deaths. Then having a scene were the leadership and government is disappointed in thesd teenagers for dying and spoiling their next planned mass murder. 30 or so people out of 150 have died in 3 days. These are the best of the best, too. Just stupid….oh and the government, OF COURSE, is complaining about needing more people to combat the monsters… lol… read if bored and you are waiting on other titles.

this novel started so well with details and interesting plot and world with a protagonist who has to work from the bottom making what meager advancements he can. It is sad that at a certain point he just goes hey I'm strong now I can just do whatever I want and ignore those with goals and ambitions of their own. He becomes a cocky entitled brat midway through the story who takes from everyone, shows not remorse, and gaslights people trying to help him

Extrem fun story. One of the best charac in this story is Goldie. Most of the familiars the main character has are comical in there own way.

I read this story many years ago on a free to read website so the translation quality and syntax may be different in this version, so that may affect the credibility of this review. Firstly, this novel is a wonderful read. The main character is thoughtful and smart, his decisions are generally reasonable and follow his previous characterisations steadily. The relationship between the MC and his definitly ‘not’ Pokémon are hilarious and heartwarming on many occasions throughout the story. The action set pieces and battles throughout are intense and exciting. The world building is also quite good; however it becomes convoluted deep into the plot. The big issue though that ruined this story for me was the authors rushing of the conclusion. It felt as if though they had become tired of the story and wanted it to end halfway through its storyline. And the ending that was created to facilitate this was clunky, jarring and head-scratching. All plot points and characterisation that had been created were flushed in a few short dozens of chapters. Overall, this novel is very good, and I recommend reading it if a mediocre and lacking ending is within your parameters.

The story got a decent start. It just got pretty redundant very fast. Not able to make any connection with me. No suspense or interest is created either in the characters or the story.

MC is great but most of all his pets were so cutely illustrated in the comics. I am questioning myself if I still got phobia against large insects like spider and centipede 😅

Truly one of the best books on Webnovel. I don't really have any detractors for this book. It's really good if you like a smart protagonist or a fun nonhuman character or in depth world building and lore.

Why is it that when I got to chapter #292 I all of a sudden am unable to purchase individual chapters nor am I able to use Fast Passes on any further chapters in this story?!? I am only being given the option of buying the full remaining chapters (over 2500 coins worth of chapters) !! This is unreasonable! I was enjoying the story up to this happening!

I really enjoy this type of novel. I am still busy reading it as an epub I received from a friend. The story is cool but the types of creatures and the world-building are fantastic.

Great story. The translation was hit or miss at times, but not nearly bad enough to make it unreadable. The characters are very lovable and make you want to keep going.

a slow book a the beginnnig but it will become inttrsting good writing , nice companions and intelligent mc . at the end its a bit short but reasonble.
