Super disappointed the author just abandoned this. I waited for 2 years hoping he would continue it, but he just started writing a new novel instead. After no updates for 2 years we just get an apology update chapter??! Sorry, I'm not interested in reading any of your new works. You could just disappear with no notice after I walk and grow with your main character. It's not nice to ghost people dude.

Really amazing, but would love to see it start up again. When I personally look on how the system does things it gives me a little similarities to "The Gamer" novel.

Badly written, but a brilliant story! I’d recommend this story for those who don’t mind about the quality of the work. However, it is still one of the best system novels I’ve read.

What happened to the updates and the author..... Just disappeared and never turned up again? Boooooo. Not cool. Seriously. It was getting good

Excellent story so far. Main reason for hit to quality is the numerous grammatical errors. All are easily attributed to being a translation and are minor enough not to derail the story.

Good story. Good characters for the limited number of chapters. Went down hill when release of chapters stopped. Has the author dropped this story? If so I'll be disappointed. Different way of doing a "system" that I like, but chapters just stopped abruptly and that effected my rating tremendously. Even if it was 1 chapter a week or a note from the author saying he was going to not release anything for a month or 2 would have given a better rating then an abrupt stop of chapters when the story was getting interesting.

Great story so far. I really like the sensible "Hero System" and the motivation of the main character. As positive criticism, I would say: Be careful with the title of each chapter to avoid spoilers, explain a little bit the objects and persons (for example, how big is the Deception Mirror) and I would find very helpful to put the gain of the stats respect the last time so the upgrade is clearer. Keep going!

So far, so good! The story progresses nicely and is a smart mix of basically some of our favorite novels and plot lines. I like that there are more than a few things that motivate the mc to go forward!
