Welll, we don't know how the phisics inside a black hole works, but we can see the distortion that he causes and we know how his height works and that it spaghetify/desintegrate whatever comes close enough :/ a shame he doesn't know better, the blackhole should still be a sphere. But i doubt he could make it with his mana anyway.

well i would say he could try to put the spell in a magic orb and trow it at the target, but 1km range is better than this.
