"Aaaand finished.", Sieg said while putting his quill on the desk with a small sigh. Memories flashed across his old eyes for a short while.
"It feels like it was just yesterday ... time sure flies by ...", another sigh escaped his mouth.
"Sieg? What are you doing in here? And why do you look so troubled?", a middle-aged woman said as she entered through the door.
"Nothing just thinking about the past. You know, the book that I've been working on ... I just finished it."
"You mean ..."
"Yes, that book."
"What did you call it again?"
"How to Survive in a Isekai World for Dummies", he told her while smirking his face.
"Hahaha, that is so like you. But I have been wondering all this while why you wanted to do this. We should let go of the past and look forward, no?"
"It's just ... maybe when we are all gone from this world ... maybe others will come after us ... maybe they will be helpless as we were in the beginning ... hopeless ... lost in despair ... I wanted to leave something behind for them. That's all. You know ... to show that there is always a way ... and that as long as they fight for it they will find their way to Survival! I want it to show them a path for Survival!"
"Ok ... so are you ready to meet the others? They are already waiting for you!"
