Um, was it Klaus’s intention to let her get captured? No way he couldn’t have prevented it. Of course they were just using her to get Mu Lan back, but to have her go through that? A bit too much, no point in dwelling on it however. Liang however following Lan while she’s having her fun was cute, wonder if she’s really obvious to him being there, or just playing along while he indulges her.

Does this feel more like a summary rather than a story to anyone else? And why the heck wouldn't mu lan go straight to liang liang?

I think you will need to explain it a little bit, otherwise it will feel too rushed. But also is it important for the plot? You could brush over it like klaus went to liang for help to bring down Andreas after Blair was captured and held.

No need to describe in detail. I would want to skip reading the detailed part anyway. Unless its about the main characters... Thank you.
