I dislike Joe, but at the same time I also find him funny. Stupid bull, playing with my heart. You wouldn't think these two existences are actually quite old, as they are both acting like children. They are almost acting like a married couple... let's not dwell on that thought otherwise I may very well vomit.

I still think the protagonist is not very smart

The best advice I can give for commas, is to place them where you would naturally pause while speaking. Also, watch your tenses, you have swapped between present and past tense a few times. That can be a bit jarring for a reader. Thanks for a truly interesting take on the cultivation genre, I look forward to more!
