Sire is a much higher title than Lord. Sire means King. The title Lord is a big step down from that, as Lords aren’t necessarily even royalty. It’s like the difference between President and CEO. . . Literally.

~~~ wouldn't you normally just surround the small path which is the only way to leave the peak and fight a war of attrition. So much easier for them with far less casualties. I hope they will find a strategy the next chapters which is at least as good as my spontaneous idea.

Shouldn’t we meet some strong enemy that’ll beat mc down so he can somehow tone it down a bit? Like make him more humble, keeping low-key, not talk too much, kinder but strict and also even more determined to be stronger than anyone else? Cliche, but it’s what we need instead of stupid and idiotic enemies, forced drama or forced no reason plots.
