Assuming the Northern wall extends from the Frienship to the Qiushou river then both rivers block the grasslands off which prevents the nomads encircling the towns. Line the opposite shore with archers & put the warships in play & man the North wall with arcuballistas plus even more archers and there you have it. The Nomads can't do squat except die.
