Docking requires docks. If you are nowhere near a dock, such as 50 miles from port, then you anchor out in an anchorage or other area outside the regular shipping lanes so you dont create hazards for ships still moving....
OMG mosquito swarm?! This is beyond annoying now. There are hardly any mosquitoes found in Morocco itself never mind swarms of them and definitely not in the Canaries. The air is far too arid, you know because of the nearby desert?! But strange how living in subtropical Lianzhou Basin there’s been no mention of bugs despite it being Bug Utopia there due to the humidity... Facepalm.
Errr... WTF? I guess the author hasn’t visited the Canary Isles before? Lianzhou Basin is subtropical whereas Canary Isles is a more temperate Mediterranean climate. It’s BS that the troops got sick due to the weather, if anything they should feel awesome compared to Northern Guangdong especially since it’s May. The weather would be warm probably around mid 20sC and a nice dry warmth. No reason for bug infestations whatsoever and whatever bugs are there would be like infants compared to the ones found in subtropical Lianzhou. Sigh.
"That night, the merchant squad arrived near the Moroccan ocean."
They were 400m away fromt he shoreline so they should already be in the midst of the Moroccan ocean. ...
So much wrong with this chapter!
In theory the combat strength of a Xia soldier should be atleast! 2times that of any other Army Soldier. So 30% less combat strength seems neglectable ~
Though its probably mentioned cause the plan was made with Soldiers at 80-90% combat strength.
