I am guessing they are going to plan to bring down Feng Qiuhuang and that is how she will join Shanhai officially because there is literally zero chance they can do serious damage military wise to Shanhai. They also dont have the ability to assassinate both because of his guards and intelligence network along with Ouyang probably one of the strongest current players in the world right now. I am thinking her family will back-stab her and then that will cause her to either immediately join Shanhai because of the damage her territory will take or go in seclusion for a bit and then join Shanhai officially. I wonder if they will also attempt to get to Ouyang through his past relationships because his only living blood related relatives being his aunt and his sister would never betray him. Regardless of the outcome of this plan I look forward to see Ouyang learning from this and also the true capability of his intelligence network within China. Thus far they have done great work when it comes to getting information on enemies Shanhai is attacking along with putting spies within that faction but when it comes to defending the territory the only time I can think of when they got the upper hand over the other Chinese intelligence networks was way back when Yan alliance gang upped with the Basin barbarians to attack Shanhai. After that whether it be the planned assassination on that diplomat during the signing with the city state factions or the sneak attack on the guard legion neither were stopped by the information the intelligence network could have gotten. I dont count the Xunlong betrayal because Ouyang was the one who told them to prepare just in case as opposed to them doing it themselves. I understand that Ouyangs information network in China is younger than the rest but how is he supposed to compete with international intelligence agencies when they cant even handle local intelligence agencies.Plus each of those incidents was when both of those intelligence agencies were still in China and the Black Snake guards had yet be assigned to international information gathering. I hope that Ouyang local information gathering has improved even after the Black Snake guards left because if not this so called Plan Z might do so serious damage to the Shanhai alliances reputation.
