According to all these reaction chapters in Asian novels, the Chinese people and culture must be the dumbest and most spiteful people ever. Serious, they always have the worst memories, think the worst of people or situations, and rejoice at perceived failings of others. This does not even begin to get into all the antagonist that get b utt hurt over the smallest things or looks, and act completely crazy.
