Hello readers! Editor of TWO here, the missed chapters for the period of 03/02/2019 - 07/02/2019 should all be caught up unless I miscounted (Let me know if I did).
As for why chapters were delayed, basically we were being moved under the EXT group, and if we published while the move was still going on payment problems might have occurred. Generally, news about problems such as this would be posted on discord first: https://discord.gg/jRMkQsD
Should be a one-off thing though.
