So there plan z was something anyone with a brain was able to predict. Ouyang new a while ago they were going to promote Di Chen and then all dissolve into his system.I still call BS if the resources from those 6 rich regions allow them in anyway to compete with Great Xia. He has so many advantages over them its not even funny anymore. Ouyang heard about them becoming a dynasty,completely ignored,and went on to organizing his own dynasty, I think that perfectly illustrates how irrelevant the Yan alliance is in front of Ouyang. I imagine with the rich resources of the regions they could use them for sea trade but that still doesn't help the fact that there military is vastly weaker and more inexperienced than Great Xia. In fact in my opinion in the last battle map Di Chen having 100,000 less than Ouyang is way to small of a difference,for exactly how much an impact Ouyang had on that battle map. Without Ouyang coming up with his out of the box strategies and his strategist also helping and coming up with his own strategies, the yan alliance would have had no chance in that battle map. But Ouyang if I recall correctly got just 80,000(could have been more or less)points for basically carrying the other three lords on his back throughout the map. I understand merit points are usually calculated through kills but even then Ouyangs troops in terms of skill easily trump Di Chen's so I dont understand why that disparity is so small. I am sure Lianpo did a good job defending his assigned wall but I dont think it was that good. Really Xiong Ba probably deserved more points for having Wuqi there to help lead the military,compared to him Lianpo did not seem to do much, other than tremble at how scared he was of Great Xia and Baiqi(who wasnt even there). I can see the author is attempting to turn the Yan alliance and by association DI Chen into a viable threat but at this point in the story it just does not make sense for them to be able to make any kind of comeback, other than maybe being a minor annoyance to Ouyang in the future.

As for why chapters were delayed, basically we were being moved under the EXT group, and if we published while the move was still going on payment problems might have occurred.
