I personally find it a nice change of pace where mcs country. Nationalistic, fantasty whatever is OP who doesnt have to fight random stuff like aliens or powers that get more op as the country progresses
You know they really underestimate the player guilds. They often form teams or parties of 6, 10 or 20 to 50. So, why not use those party divisions as the basis for unified troops amongst them? Within guilds they would have some sort of ranking structure and the independent teams could fall in under them to create coherent armies.
It's been done in other game systems so why isn't it done here, author?
Sometimes it just jumps right out at ya. How much this author sucks. Ignore the racism, ignore the stupid enemies who go out of their way to donate troops to the MC. The author can’t even keep his own in universe rules consistent.

I feel like the author is playing down the capabilities of japanese generals. Ieyasu Tokugawa was the warlord who endes the era of the warring states. I would surmise that Gaia would've increases his stats or something
