Its smart that he is basically using these guys competitive nature towards each other to spur them to create what should be a very balance ideological system. Other than that though I have to bring up, I dont understand why Feng Qiuhuang is still around. Ouyangs helps her every chance he gets and every blue moon she provides some troops, my point being he gives her way more than she gives him. Not to mention that similar to Di Chen her dynasty has nowhere to go, considering Ouyang is going to conquer China and probably most of if not all of Asia. So he will own almost all of China except for one province, I dont think that will go over well with the officials. Another thing is, how are Mongolia or the Indian empire a threat to Great Xia when Great Xia have been constantly warring against people on multiple fronts using multiple types of troops(navy,army,air force,etc). On top of that somehow the Dawson dynasty tied with the Pacific squadron even though they should have much more experience in naval warfare considering it seems like Jack Dawson has had zero real enemies and because of that chances to really grow his military through adversity,like Great Xia has done multiple times. The only way they would tie is if the Dawson dynasty uses technology to make up for the severe disadvantage in terms of combat experiences and the strength of each soldier within the navy which does make sense considering it has been mentioned America does have a superior firearm and ship technology tree when compared to china(atleast for now they do). But back to Mongolia and the Indian empire, the only way I see how they could be threats is just sheer numbers because any of Ouyangs troops should literally rip them to shreds if it was an equal number of troops between both sides. I guess we shall eventually see exactly why Ouyang considers them threats and how the Dawson dynasty somehow tied with the Pacific squadron of Great Xia.
