I like that he is promoting his old allies. It shows that he has not forgotten them, but I can't help but notice that there are way too few players in the dynasty (in official post).
Apart from old allies and some surrendered lords, the most of the official posts are taken by NPCs.
That was a necessity in the past due to security issues against Silver Hand, but now the Great Xia has shown its strength and potential to the masses and has the Shanhai Guards and Snake Guards to keep an eye on players.
I'm not saying that OS should place down his guard and place random players on important posts, but he should make a plan for slowly incorporating more player talents into the lower layers of the military and the governance and show that the dynasty has a place for the players apart from being merchants and adventurers.
This will be a great test to its internal structure and the greatest boost in Great Xia's popularity to the more ambitious (and capable) players.
