Lovely novel: it has a different take on Alchemy compared to other cultivation novels with making of pills involving a lot of phyysical processes, but it's still good. The character growth is nice too. And my lover, the lovely tsundere ML is adorable too. Immportant question: is this novel complete or has it been dropped? 😱

This book is one of my absolute favorite, the characters are relatable and funny. The sex scenes are tasteful and the world building was done well. I also liked that the MC did not take over a stranger's body but rather he remembered his last life. Really good

This book gets more interesting as you read and understand the characters background and personalities the book does not give the support characters a one sentence introduction this makes it a lot more interesting as it does not only on the mc and ml but on other characters as well giving it a good plot development.

A hidden gem. Such an underrated novel that is written so marvelously that I honestly can’t compare it to any cultivation story before this. It cannot be compared. It’s even more amazing to me because it’s absolutely FREE to read. Writing Quality - Amazing. Can’t find any fault at all. The details makes me feel like I’m in the world itself, it explains so much and it doesn’t feel like you’re being thrown into a big information dump and having to figure it out for yourself. Everything is explained simple and actually easy to follow regarding cultivation and the different teachings. Story Development - It’s a slow paced story, hard to find especially when it’s done THIS well. And the slow burn romance works with the story development to a T. It’s definitely my cup of tea but of course if you’re more into the fast paced element packed with action then it’s probably not to your preference. The minimal action we do get is well written too (read up to ch.160 so can’t really say if there is a lot more action after this). Character Design - All the characters have their own personalities, opinions, flaws, talents, and designed perfectly in their role for the story. Leon (MC) is shy, weak, naive, and has a speech impediment. Jin Li (ML) is your Tsundere, arrogant, oblivious, yet undeniably strong young master who does whatever he wants and pulls Leon around. He can be cold and harsh with his words but he isn’t heartless nor is he blinded by his social status to look down on the poor. There are so many more relatable and likable characters (and of course those who are created to be unlikable). World Building - There is SO MUCH to learn and slowly unravels just a bit more as the story progresses. There’s unique beasts and creatures, herbs for many things, and so much more. It’s really amazing how much imagination the author has and to be able to incorporate this in the story is actually the hardest thing to do. TLDR; A slow paced, slowburn romance that is worth the read. Detailed and marvelously written cultivation story on two precious boys falling in love in an unfair world.

I couldn’t put this down once I started reading it. So enjoyable!!! The story reminds of Legendary Master’s Wife which I liked. It is the whole transmigration/cultivation theme which I am a fan of. I am enjoying reading Leo/Leon and Jin Li grow and develop as characters.

😸😸😸 me gusto mucho la novela y aunque el amor profundo es rápido en cuestión de tiempo no es irrazonable, además me gusta mucho la dedicación del protagonista por las pociones aunque he de admitir que no me gusta el hecho de su falta de habilidad en combate porque el también está cultivando aunque sea como alquimista, no se si has visto la novela de hacen haven online porque en ella el alquimista puede crear pociones para luchar aunque también hay otra donde los alquimistas pueden usar los monstruos dominados como equipo, en resumen sus posibilidades de victoria en combate no dependen por completo de otros y pueden aportar a ello, talvez en el reino superior los alquimistas no sean débiles en combate si no que tienen algún requisito de cultivo para tener la posibilidad de combatir además que ya tienes al abuelo materno para enseñarle sin contar que también podría usar objetos que haga con su raíz espiritual para combatir, hay muchas posibilidades.

definitely a fun read and an interesting idea as I don't usually read about non combat main characters yet I find myself drawn to the tale of this little alchemist

it's totally underrated here. I am from a different app starts with a w ends with a pad and I am currently reading the second book and every time I get an update I simp. it makes me want to start over from the beginning just so after read how cute leon is all over again.

People are missing out on this good book because it's BL. The plot is interesting, the author is dedicated, a lack of cultivation cliches and wonderful human like side characters.

Once you start reading you can't stop. Then you hunger for more. You can't wait for the story to unfold as each new development adds to the story.

I only whish the updates come quicker. The writer has become better and better as the story has developed. Although sometimes I miss the simplisty of the first chartperts.

Thoroughly enjoyable story. Well written and interesting. I love the characters as well, Leon is adorable and smart and Jin Li, despite his arrogance, is not so far gone that he does not humble himself to keep his partner happy. I like Jin Li's growth as a person.

I only think the updating is slow, everything else is top notch and I can not recommend this book more to anyone. The chapters are long and the characters are engaging. I wish there were more stories this long and yet can still bring me back every chapter.
