The mc status is pretty good but the backslash os severe, but assuming the others cant increase their status and the mc skill have unlimited time than his build is basicaly an all rounder assassin class. Overall he is obviously not OP but not weak either and he could became strong but not the top stong, average strong at the best

I have a question he got +1 to all stats becouse of the chosen one but shouldn't there be some stats for lvl up or non chosen ones do not get stat points ???
