I think chosen ones may be a real powerhouse as in some places or in some arc in future, Spells or magic won't work and only chosen ones can fight like chosen one's power are their own while magic and speels are linked with the system so they are literally just puppets.

If chosen ones cant get skills by using skill points and books, its better if there was a 'phase 2' during apocalpyse and then they will got skills by killing either chosen ones or other 'players'. Just sharing though.
